CPF Cash Top-up Relief is a tax relief for individuals who make voluntary cash top-ups to their own or their loved ones' CPF accounts – to the Special or Retirement Account under the Retirement Sum Topping-Up Scheme (RSTU), and also to the MediSave Account. Relief is capped at S$16,000 per Year of Assessment (S$8,000 for your own accounts and S$8,000 for family members'), with the self cap shared across SA/RA and MediSave top-ups.
